Past 24 kicked my butt - need some help

Ok guys need some insight please - had a bit of a rough go these past 24 hours. I guess it was bound to happen because things were going too smoothly. Trying to figure out if this is an equipment issue with im508, or in the past 24 hours I’m learning why UHS isn’t loved. Yesterday 2018 equinox add key. After about an hour of trying with no luck I decided to test frequency, it was wrong. Bought another key off Amazon, confirmed it was correct, still wouldn’t take. At this point I’m not ruling out junk keys. Today, 2016 Honda Pilot UHS key. Feels like it was made in a 3D printer. Multiple attempts, wouldn’t take. Directly after 2016 Audi a3.
